My T has been irritated with me so much I can't even remember all of the circumstances. He has been openly angry with me too, raising his voice but catching himself.

I'm ok with it because he and I have an understanding--If I want the kind of therapy where he truly cares and has a real connection to me, he reserves the right to have real feelings, good and bad. He feels terribly about "losing it" on me but I know that he is emotionally invested in our work.
Thanks for this!

My t admitted to being irritated with me once. We talked about it, and the fact that it scared me because I don't like peopl ebeing upset with me, and we moved on.
Thanks for this!
