I have never found you to be an angry horrible person. I am sorry to hear you had such a rough day. This may sound really stupid (but I find it helps me) - breathe. Seriously - try doing some breathing exercises just to get some grounding. I believe your therapist will handle the situation appropriately and he has thus far proven reasonably adequate (god I sound like an attorney). Do keep us posted (only if you want of course) - writing here may help you get through the next few hours until the appointment.
