I'm watching a repeat of Top Gear because my 12 year old has possession of the remote!! I like it but when you've already seen it 5 times it gets a bit much

Darn, thwarted by the boss. Have to ask our IT guy something before I can purchase the laptop. He's not good for returning calls, so it'll probably be tomorrow or Wednesday. Aargh.

The admin asst is about to leave, I'll just jack her computer once she's gone...hehe! This iPad doesn't cut it for word processing and such.

I know the feeling....my boss is in town today. Its fixing to rain here really bad and Im thinking we should leave early due to weather. Chopin99, hows the new job?

There's a new Meow Mix tv commercial! Somebody mentioned on here that they walk around the house singing it - or was that just me?

Wow...do we live in the same town? It was fixing to rain where I'm at at the time you replied to me!! It's cleared off now and I'm at the chiropractor's office.

New job is going well so far. Two weeks down.

I love this thread. Anyhow, its 9:30PM where I am, and I would love nothing more than to sleep the whole night.. I am tired.

Okay, so I started a thread - don't get your shorts in a twist!

I've been prettey depressed the last few weeks and its getting worse. I did manage the ironing today but it took nearly 2hrs then I had a nap, had my tea and browsed on here for a long few hours. Now I'm in bed trying to sleep with no success!!

I'm waiting on some looming thunderstorms and I am so excited

I've been reading "Boundaries", doing some more processing, making a necklace and earrings, and listening to my H and his friend play a computer game.

Not all at the same time, mind you...I'm not that talented!

Oddly enough as a child I had to sleep with my syblings in the same bed as we were poor, very "coal miners daughter", anywho..
I slept next to the wall farthest from the door... Because if someone came in the middle of the night to kill us in our sleep. I would wake up while they were killing the ones closer to the door.... Haha , the mind of a child

Hoping for escapism with a new book -- "At Last", oooohhh, how is that I picked a dreary tale about family drama and a suicidal lead character? (Giving up on pure escapism for the time being)

Up again! I wish I could sleep the whole night through!! still feeling very depressed and tired!
