I'm looking for a self help books or any other books that helps understand and overcome personality problems, splitting, and possible surviving of neglect and problems with the formative years.
I'm looking for something that can help me do what I would do if I could afford professional therapy (no that is not going to happen,) however difficult or slow is the process. Or in other words to help myself overcome and close this chapter in my life and continue with my life as a normally developed person. Thank you. |

Dr. Clay Tucker-Ladd's book down in the Self-Help section of this site is great for that:

I wonder if that typo (threating) is significant?
Are you facing a threat?

CantExplain sorry about that. I'm not English and I'm so stupid I can't remember the spelling of a lot of simple words, or just confuse them. I mean the only threat here would be of me not being able to get help and continuing to live my life the way it was going by now. The hopelessness of your own incapability to help yourself.
Perna thank you for the recommendation. I was surprised to find a free book, I'm gonna try to look at it. |
