My T has let me down
 ! He offered to help me then when i said ok help me he told me to call a complete stranger or a helpline that always makes things worse, i begged them to help me before it was to late and they sent me away so now i guess the only way to get real help when you need it is to do something drastic. Stupid me for trusting anyone, no one can take it and just leaves!

I am so sorry that you feel let down right now. That is not a fun emotion at all. So was his idea of helping you telling you to call someone else? hummm... that just makes me angry. I am sorry that happened to you.

Yep and it wasn't just someone else it was a complete stranger even tho he knows full well i have a huge trust issue.

Was he unable to help you when you needed it the most? You deserve to understand what happened in this situation.

crazy, I am sorry you are hurting, and I am trying to figure this all out. What exactly happened? Did you phone your T for extra help and he told you to call a hotline?
