I trust my T 100%. He has proved trustworthy by never letting me down - he's always been available when I've reached out for help. He's been kind, empathetic and caring when I've shared the horrors of my childhood. He's never laughed or found fault or gotten angry or been sarcastic through six years of therapy. He's never once cancelled an appointment or picked up a phone, texted, or looked at a computer during our sessions. He handles my feelings, emotions and memories with tact and compassion. He's never made me feel embarrassed or ashamed. He's worked with me to heal my heart, soul and mind. He's talked me down from the ledge more times than I can count. His expertise as a T, and his humanity, is the reason I am alive today.

Yeah, I trust him.
