how many of you countdown the time left to see t, then hope on that day it does not get cancelled, in the mean time how many get anxiety to see t, but kinda chill out when you are in the office, because im a bag of nerves in the waiting room

Me! Big time. I would get out of T's office and begin to think "Okay, one more week..."

I am a bundle of nerves before I go into T's office too. I guess that anxiety doesn't really leave when I get into her office though, instead it just manifests itself in a different way like fidgeting. I fidget a lot...I asked her if it bothered her and she said "Not at all." Thank god.

i fidget alot as well i bring in one of those squishy balls i always have to fidget with something and yes i count down the business days not the weekends lmao
