Hi,
I was just curious if anyone else on here has participated in Paul Newham's voice movement therapy. It's an expressive arts therapy using the voice to help with emotional expression and personal growth. I've been doing it for over a year and love it. So sad to be leaving my VMT therapist due to moving. Would love to chat with others about this wonderful form of therapy!

No but it sounds wonderful though. Is it speech or singing?

Hi,
It can be for either singing or speaking, whatever the client wants to work on. Using the voice, in whatever way, to explore who you are improoves it, and exploring your self has an effect on your voice, because your voice and yourself are related.

Thanks for the link. Sounds like it's something that helped you. Would you be able to find another practitioner?
