My T always has her notepad and pen handy, but rarely uses it. Considering her chemo brain, I don't mind if she needs to write something down so that she can write her official "notes" later. I've seen what she writes down and it's very general (a couple of times, she's written down songs I've recommended).

AHA MOMENT maybe i should ask him to take notes, then he wouldn't be looking at me the whole time????
Thanks for this!

My T wrote a lot of notes the very first time i came in. But after that she didn't, she always has my file on her desk during my appt so if there is something in particular that she want's to remember she will jot it down, otherwise she has a pretty good memory....not always the best thing when i want her to forget something!
