I love my therapist too

She has saved my life probably more than once. And it's nice to know that there is at least one person out there who always has my best interests at heart, well at least for one hour a week

I love my T. It went from intense lustful crush to a huge risky 2 page email from me revealing a bunch of things that I couldn't say out loud, which he received with such empathy and kindness. He is brilliant, insightful and extremely compassionate. Our relationship has deepened so much over the past month. I know we have a very strong bond that involves the most emotional intimacy I've ever had with a man that I wasn't romantically involved with. It is very powerful for me due to my childhood wounds and I am so grateful.

Right now I'm ticked off with her. And how I'll punish her is by 'hiding' myself from her. Oh yeah, that's the mature thing to do, isn't it????

I hate mine right now (see "Therapist Set New Boundaries" thread). Been writing emails that will never be sent, venting my spleen - vile, nasty, horrible. Need to vent on paper before it gets out in person. Still don't know if I want to keep my appointment next Friday. Sigh.....but I probably will be back in rational mind by then.

Such is life, and therapy I guess...

Another reason i love my T...

Last night i was in a bad place mentally. I emailed her. Then apologize for bothering her and sending her so many emails.

She told me that i am never a bother to her and then i can email her anytime i want. No limit.
