Well my last individual session with t was today until i get my insurance which was halted abruptly, I start group with her on monday and i am not ready mentally as its a trauma group, i already feel bothered and anxious i really hope to get my insurance soon, she told me its not our last session and as soon as i get my insurance she will see me again individually she also said if needed she would fit me in, she gave me a hug and it felt so warm and motherly like something i have not felt with my own mom, being that i grew up in extreme dysfunctional home by both parents anyways wish me luck for monday i will keep u updated

Aw, sorry you're hurting!

I hope you get your insurance through really soon. GOOD LUCK for Monday - I'll be thinking of you - let us know how it goes? You're very brave!

I'm so sorry you've had to stop individual sessions for the time being. Although I can imagine that the group will be hard in some ways, I'm glad you will still get to see her. Hope your insurance issues are sorted out very soon, and that the group goes well on Monday!
Thanks for this!

I'll be thinking of you on Monday sweepy. You have your first group session and I go in to find out when MY last session will be. Grr. But we will both be fine. We'll perservere. We're tough like that
