It's summer holidays here and I know my t is going to t1ake holidays, For me it is hard how ever i do have skills My t is not going on holidays but it is hard to think they are on vacation. Im really sorry. Told by a friend to suck it up, Done with therapy i know what i need to do! Yes i know but i need to heal from my past. I just feeling bad for reicing help because of the church.

The counselling they do

You tell it
You forgove
You never ever mentiontion it agaian

What is so wrong with me!!

My current counsellors are more supportive, they take the time to understand me.

Taylor43, people not in therapy really don't understand the depth of it or anything about it. When someone tells you to suck it up, it's because they don't have what it takes to tolerate someone being something other than what they think that someone should be like. It's about them. They can have any opinion they want to have, and you are free to do what is best for you, because you are a separate person.

Many people have a hard time when their T goes away, there is nothing wrong with you for being sad. And there is nothing wrong with asking for help when you need it.

The church can be a place of denial. Anywhere that limits how I need to work through my issues isn't there for me. It's there for itself.
