So we've got Bo Derek at the beach, Joni Mitchell with the beads, and Mr Ed (me) at the stock tank... we are an attractive bunch! (i just like saying stock tank)

Wow. I missed a lot today - discussions about bacon on the old couch, a new couch (nice choice of decor MKAC!)....
Chopin and Granite - nice pictures! You are both beautiful!

Stuck to my menu today but added a hamburger patty (no bun) at dinner because I was starving!

great job it isnt easy.i kind of cheated by putting raw sugar in my ice tea but otherwise i think i did ok

my meds (ambien) say to do all my business, then take it no more than 10 minutes before I get into bed, no fooling around. cos otherwise you can just drop. your neck hurts me just looking at it. remember, I diagnosed stopdog's pneumonia from just online vibes, not even a picture

Yeah...I remember!

Now that all the prednisone has worn off, the numbness in both arms and the weakness in my right hand has come back. I do have an appointment with the neurologist next month (also ).
