really? I will have to read about it on the live feed updates.

Breakfast - 1 piece of Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin bread with a half tsp of nut butter on it and 6oz of apple carrot wheatgrass juice.

Lunch/Dinner - haven't thought that far ahead! Definetly going to use some red and yellow beets that I am roasting.

Thank you for the warm welcome, going to get comfy on the couch! Bringing Ollie with me but you will never catch me in that funky chair in the far right with the design on it. That will give me nightmares!LOL

Someone mention bacon? Just finished my first cuppa coffee, sort of hungry and should eat. Anyone making breakfast and willing to share?

Welcome LoneWolfie, there's always coffee here in the morning and some sort of healthy food as most are eating healthy. I have so much to do today, considering I didn't do Jack yesterday... that's funny I wonder how jack came to mean nothing... Chopin can you get on that? LOL

erg. Residential finally called. I have been bumped to the 31st. They won't get the insurance referral until the 30th, so I may not be able to do it. Really pisses me off because I need to make arrangements. I feel stupid saying I am going to be away for 2 wks then not being away. WTF do I tell people? So frustrated.

I don't mind waiting until the 31st, that's fine. But not knowing whether or not I am going until the 30th is a pita. At this point I may just say F it. Too much uncertainty. I need absolutes.

WP - it does sound frustrating.

Steel cut oats with yogurt, blueberries, almonds and chia seeds.
(I am not precise with amounts at all - I just toss some in a bowl, add a spoonful of nuts and spoonful of chia seeds and then as many berries as it will hold)

(I will admit to the occasional bacon rasher. Cool whip = never.)

DON'T tell them. Let them be surprised! Or better, tell your siblings they are on duty with your mom, and then if residential falls through, just PRETEND like you went, so you get two weeks off caring for your mom! hahahaha
Thanks for this!

Steel cut oats are oats that have not been turned into flakes (like quaker oats or, god forbid, the instant stuff with all sorts of additives). It has, in my opinion, better texture and flavor.

It's safe-ish, TD/IB. We're talking about food mainly. I think we're all hungry but trying to be healthier. Come on in! We miss you.
