I felt so good as I walked to my car afterwards, I just wanted to share!
Anyway we work on my dreams a lot in session (I keep a dream journal next to my bed and record every bit I ever remember), and yesterday I brought one in that was just a crazy-all-over-the-place kind of dream and as usual, I read it to t and then we talked about it piece by piece, and wow what an amazing bunch of stuff came out of that. What I thought was a disjointed (I even named the dream "disjointed" lol) jumble of nonsense turned out to be really cool once we started looking at the symbolism and stuff. Apparently I have a very interesting psyche haha it plays word games which are actually kinda fun to figure out!! Part of the dream was even giving me instructions on something I need to work on and how I need to approach it. Partway through our discussion I was like so amazed I go "<expletive deleted> you're good at this!" She replied "Well, so are you!" That made me feel really good. I have learned SO much from t. She talked a lot more than usual yesterday too, which I enjoyed, I wasn't in my usual babbling mood I was in a more introspective place yesterday so having her do most of the talking was nice. She seemed pretty excited about all the wordplay and symbolism and how much material came out of that one dream. I've already done my homework even, did it last night. How about that. ![]() |

Hi Artemis-Within,
I'm so glad to hear that you had a productive and insightful session with your t! It sounds like you are both very intuitive and able to hone in on areas of your dreams that carry a significant meaning for your life. It's a great feeling when we are able to work on things in t that feel relevant and help us progress! |

It took some time and practice tigergirl to record my dreams. I keep a notebook and pen right next to my bed on the nightstand, the notebook open to a clean page. More than once I've written something down still mostly asleep and the next morning have no memory of doing it and it's practically impossible to read, words running over other words and long slanted down the page sentences it's funny when I do that. Usually I wake up enough to put my glasses on, turn on the nightlight, and see what I'm writing! But it definitely took time to develop the habit. I started by purposefully asking my psyche for a dream, and to remember the dream long enough to write it down. It felt silly at first, I admit. But anyway dream work is absolutely fascinating - it's one of my t's specialties or whatever. I could go on forever. LOL
