hi kazzax. sorry to hear you are having such a hard time with this. i think the note idea in therapy is great. maybe journalling your anger would help get it out too. i feel so much better after i dump my negative emotions in my journal. i've also heard of anger management classes. maybe that is something that could help you? take care.

Well I found something that worked!! I kicked someones front fence down. it was one of those corrugated metal fences and I kicked a hole in it and the whole thing fell down! AND GOD IT FELT GOOD!!!! Catharsis!

Luckily nobody saw me (amazing considering all the banging and crashing that I did).

God I feel good now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Except my shoe broke and I can't afford any more shoes.. woops!! haha

I Feel like a normal person right now!!!
Thanks for this!

Maybe you need to join a firing range or become a demolishions expert! I do know that feeling. Kickboxing perhaps?

Well I got angry and ruined the session but I still have a T So yeah it unfolded as I had expected. haha

eta: no violence though. I still seem to have a good grip on that in the therapy room thank god. I have got to stop ruining sessions though. It is a huge time waster when you keep wasting the sessions week after week.

I wonder. Are "bad" sessions really so bad?

Maybe we learn to cope with disappointment and to repair damaged relationships. For me, those are areas I certainly needed to work on!

PS:

Pilots say: any landing you can walk away from is a good landing.
Maybe we should say: any session you can go back to is a good session.

I am not going to encourage destructing private property. You really need an outlet for that rage. You can't buy new shoes, imagine if you were faced with a bill for repairing a fence.

I am glad you still have a t though.

I can't help but think of how awful it would feel to be the owner of the fence.
