I'm working on an assignment for school and it's a bunch of questions about myself, my work habits, adaptability to change, etc. My brain keeps treating the discussion forum like THIS forum. I keep thinking "Nah, I don't want to answer that one, it sounds like too much work."

Um, NO. It's not optional. NOT a recreational board. My name isn't pbutton there. I'm getting graded. I will talk about myself in public if it kills me. Good times.

Yeah. I didn't get to bed yet.
It was just a weird day.
My boss sent this somewhat cryptic reply to an email and copied a bunch of important people on it and now I am over thinking it. I can't decide if he was reacting to my part of the email or my co-worker's. I just emailed for clarification, but obviously won't get a reply until tomorrow.

This afternoon I found out a lady from my church died in an accident. Her family has been through so much already. Her young daughter died from cancer and then her husband died. She has two other kids who are still really young to have lost that many people. Sorry...I am being a downer... just needed to get it out.

I had the ice cream/no ice cream dilemma as well. I caved. I always cave. Add me to the list of having no will power.
So far I see to input be able up be on a diet (eat healthy foods, avoid crap) from breakfast until 5pm.

The couch is kinda of quiet....
I decided to write some of my novel instead of lying in bed staring at the ceiling

((((apt)))) I thought you were gone. As a matter of fact I was composing a pm that said "come back". literally. I am glad your t session was good.

Sconnie... Hope your day today is better.

Frau T [whinny] today at 2, wish me luck. Is it weird that I really don't miss ex T at all? The only concern I have is that it was easy to text him when I got bad, and I doubt this woman texts or anything. I found a two more t's to try, but now I am scared. I have hit so many weird t's over the years.

Headache is a lot better, still there but not so insanely painful.

Wiki-I don't think it's weird that you don't miss ex T. Your mind has also been very occupied. You've been interviewing and finding new T's and in addition to that, you've been ill. Good luck with Frau T today.

Coffee, get your really strong coffee....
I started writing last night and suddenly it was after midnight. This is why I normally won't let myself work on the novel that late at night. Oh well.

Good morning everyone! Only 7 and a half more hours til my work day is done...blech.

...sconnie, that's so cool you are writing a novel! If you don't mind my asking, what type of novel is it?

And, wishing I had been on last night...ice cream, fruit, cool whip! Mmmm...

I actually had an afternoon snack yesterday to try to limit how famished I get by dinnertime. Garlic triscuits and a little bit of summer sausage. Not terribly healthy, but . . .

I'm up and having some coffee. T at 10:30. I have a page of stuff I cut and pasted from pm's I've sent on here to talk to him about but now that the today is here, I feel ill thinking about letting him read it. Ugh. And I'm making excuses at 8:10 about why I will not have time in the next 2 hours and 20 minutes to stop by my office (which is actually BETWEEN my house and T's office) to get that page printed off my computer. I ROCK at excuse making.

Wolfin...I recommend reading Eating Animals by Jonathan Safran Foer.
(only if you are steering into the vegetarian direction. If not, don't read it.)

Granite is probably eating breakfast with MIL.
Fantasy conversation:
Granite: So MIL, would you like some fruit for breakfast.
MIL: Is that all you feed my son, fruit?
Granite: No, I give him this as well (holds up Listerine spray)
S P R A Y
MIL: help, I've been blinded
Granite: I was hoping for muted

the new Phyllis Diller - love the muted line, too! maybe your headache is Phyllis moving in!

I had a hotdog and a Peanut Buster Parfait at Dairy Queen for lunch yesterday. I'm dangerous when I have wheels. But then right back on the wagon, and I swam, and I bought no treats at the grocery store, not even a lean cuisine (which is why I had a car). Just lots of different kinds of apples and fat-free feta, my new favorite meal. I mean treat-wise. I went to T's grocery store cos he said he couldn't find the guac I gave him. at the stores on my side of town, it's in its own section. his store has kinda gone down, frankly. they opened a fancy-schmancy store across the street, and the chain store is not that good anymore by him. on the poor side of town, MY side, where we don't got the fancy stores, the chain stores are awesome. so there!
Thanks for this!
