I think I'm depressed , I'm feeling bad for all the craziness I've been bringing to the couch latley and that maybe I need to dial it back. I am truly a kinda "out there" person, but maybe I should think before I type sometimes.. I apologize if I typed anything that made anyone uncomfortable or offended anyone. I have an overwhelming feeling of guilt ... And my T pointing out that I am attached and he could hurt me...is adding to my mood. I'm trying to stay positive. Thank you all for everything, you guys are great.

Lola - those are real hugs and not just me trying to "win".

Hi everyone - I've been pretty stuck in my own head. Today we're going to the pool. I think it will do me a lot of good.

hay girl I'm kind of in and out today .you are such a positive presence here craziness and all i love ya .it really is strange how he did that and it would freak me out also i am terrified of the fact that my T can hurt me emotionally if she wanted .stupid move on his part and boy has he GOT SOME SPLANIN TO DO.

Granite-thank you too, again it means a lot to me. I am queen of open mouth insert foot...my brain and fingers work way faster then the poor excuse for a filter i have . As for T he is very honest with me, like I truly think he likes me and cares about me and was not trying to be mean, but by saying it... Actually "saying it" ... It changed things for me. Some things are better left unsaid and the whole , can hurt you..make you cry... Is all true but felt better when it wasn't acknowledged.

I need to do something today, butmy only set of IRL friends are kinda put out with me, as I divulged some of my history and I think it freaked them out. Probably for the better, not true fiends anyway huh... I'll stop talking now... Maybe I'll start a thread.

Good morning. The couch seems to be a bit down this morning. As am I. I slept fitfully and dreamed of some weird dystopian world in which I kept thinking, "Why can't life go back to the way it used to be?" I guess I crave the numb. The realization that I didn't get my needs met in childhood makes me angry. The realization that I probably won't get certain needs met in adulthood makes me sad.

Perhaps like Lola, I should apologize for being so "out there". All my life, I've gone from being "out there" until I get smacked back then I shut up. And when I shut up, I withdraw. I don't know what the answer is. I don't know what's okay or not or up or down or...

Chopin....your great, I love your openness... I didn't mean to bring anyone down, that's it Thread Killer...I'm owning it. I heard from the one person who these feelings were surfacing from... So I feel a little better. I have to remember that we all are hurting and my views on things are skewed more then not.

BTW everyone slept like crap except TTGB...was it the moon?

morning chopin no need to ever apologize here i hope you know that. bad dreams suck.and i think a lot of us would love to be in that numb place a lot but then when we are thare i is so scary at least i know it is for me.

Just got home from church, had lunch, munching on some rasberry m&ms, and soon will go lay day in the bedroom maybe read, maybe nap. I will be back later! I hope everyone enjoys their Sunday afternoons.
