I typically don't give an address and sign it peace be with you ... It doesn't matter, I know him... He knows he screwed up, and I'm hoping he will admit it. If not....then I'm not sure what will happen next. I had a sister who would laugh when she was hit and it made it worse for her.... I had to teach her to hold it in, as it just made mom angrier.

I punched my father back one time. That didn't end well for me. I'm surprised I survived that night.

Can't stop ruminating on how much I have screwed up everything that's good in my life. Except for the stuff which is still good and which I will screw up soon. I have been crying more tonight than I can remember doing for a long time. Thank goodness H is not home. (If he were I wouldn't be crying though. Can't allow H to notice anything is amiss. That is one thing I will not screw up.)

OMG - just thinking about it makes me anxious. They would have killed us. I think they said they would. I know a frequent phrase was "you are going to be sorry you were ever born." Frequently they were correct.

A good thing that came out of the whole upbringing is that the ability to not visually react and put aside internal reaction is very useful in my job.

Bar dancing - everybody has fun until someone breaks a leg or pokes themselves with a little umbrella. And it sounds sticky.

Freaked myself out. You all have fun. Sticky bar hopping fun.

Apt...depression sucks. I know the place you're in all too well. You really have to fight and fight and fight to get out of it and sometimes I'm just too tired to fight. You're in my thoughts (and prayers).

I slapped my mom one time. Almost earned me a commitment to the local mental hospital. My parents should have taken a clue from my behavior that something was wrong. I might have been a lot better off if my dad had followed through on the threat.

Give me enough alcohol (that would be a lot as I hold my liquor well) and I will probably dance topless on the bar.

I kicked my mom in the chin once and knock her on her ***. My step dad was holding my arms down. When she fell back he let go and I ran outta the house in a Tshirt no bra and some boxer shorts, called my dad from a pay phone down the street , it was raining too. It took him 1 1/2 hours to come get me. Aww...good times good times
