I have two 12+ hour work days this week. Ugh.

Coffee here and debating making a bagel or some toast.

No cream cheese in the house I might take it with me to work - I think there was some in the fridge there

Just sitting here had a nice sized t insight about a project I told t I would work on but didn't work on and how that's linked to the jumbled emotions I've been having....and now I have to leave for work instead of journaling it out.
