i wish i knew how to do videos do you use your phone or the computer camera

so I've learned to never have a mini-meltdown in a store with lots of junk food. I now have bunches of candy and cookies I have no will power

Lol, so far I haven't even touched the junk food. So far....
Just one of those nights I guess and everything looked good and there were all of these "2 for" sales which always get me, even though I know I don't need it.

Murry-take all the candy and cookies and throw it into your freezer and forget about it for the evening. If you still want it tomorrow just remember its gonna be too frozen to bite into and not taste as good..then you will throw it away

I had a great session with T today. I gave her what I wrote even though I was freaking out about it. I didn't talk much...I kinda shut down really, but I could feel her warmth and I felt safe. She was gentle and calm. I am so relieved that I shared it with her, even if it wasn't much, and even though I still have a lot of painful stuff going on... She asked if I wanted another session this week (I won't have one next week due to her being gone on my day) and she is going to bring in her therapy dog cause she thinks it'll help me (I am a very animal-oriented person). I am excited about this, a furry animal always makes me feel better...I feel like she cares and understand me well, I was amazed she offered to do this for me. I am content right now.

Still trying to get in the groove of working and being a mom.. My kids are adjusting horribly to the new schedules, my daugther is a behavior problem in her pre-k room, the school I happen to work at. Son is throwing major agressive tantrums at home, he is also highly allergic to about 9 different things. H and are just aren't getting along. To top it off I have two friends call me in near hysterics this past week and want advice and comforting from me..

Oh, H hates my dog.. Pretty sure my daugther is allergic to my dog..

Oh yeah.. and almost every week for the last month or so I have been talking in detail to T about my "trauma." That kind of weighs heavily on me as well.
