yes lola i have already packed them i just hope she does not think im a jerk for thinking about it, the feelings are more intense at times thats when it becomes scary but thank you for your support

Sweepy she won't think you are a jerk...IMO its a sign of health that you can recognize that you are having bad feelings/thoughts and that you are protecting yourself from acting on those feelings/thoughts. That is improvement!

I can look at it that way I just dont want her not to trust me but i realize i have a problem with these chronic thoughts of self harm and i am willing to do something about it before it becomes intense again hopefully she will change some meds
