I just cannot handle my mind and my body falling apart at the same time. I am sinking ever lower trying to function. I no longer want to function. It takes too much effort.
I want to give up. I need to talk to t, but i don't want to tell her how bad things are again. She will give up on me |

Please tell her how you feel, she won't give up! She will be worried about you. (hugs)

nicoleb2, it sounds like this is the time to be gentle with you, to give yourself lots of kindness, let yourself take a break from functioning and just rest.
I think your T wants to know about all of your feelings because she cares about you. She won't judge you or give up on you - she's there for you to lean on for support. ![]() |

When your body "fails" you it is a loss and all losses need to be mourned. I know that grief and mourning is an issue that you struggle with. If you allow the feelings to come they will pass. If you keep them at arms length they won't leave you.
