Yeah, I hope so also, murray! I went to yahoo answers and apparently, YES, a virus can last six weeks. Dang. I think I'm going to head to bed and try to rest. Good night all.

maybe it's a sinus infection, mkac, those things never go away, or they almost do, then they sneak back. and I know i'm an old-fashioned grrrl, but I still like cinnamon orange peel type teas, like Constant Comment. You can even make fake iced tea out of them, use one bag for like 2 - 4 cups of cold water, and it doesn't taste too bad. or else my taste buds are just dead!

Could you do your paperwork at night?
Then you'd have the day to be together.

On the other hand, shift work sucks. It is very difficult to get enough sleep and it's seriously bad for you.

Good morning everyone. Has anyone seen Apt lately?

Anyway..I was suppose to go meet with that T today to discuss the group therapy thing, but Its just not going to happen. I need to decide more what I want to get out of it, research a little more about what a Gestalt based group is, and figure out the costs. It is more affordable than if I was seeing T weekly, but because this group is a weekly commitment -it actually in the end does not off set the costs of if I were seeing T weekly. I would still have to budget the same money every week.

Anyway, I'm off of work today. Going to clean a little and then find something to do. I think I figured it out-I can't read other threads in this forum during my OFF week of seeing T. I can read them the week I go, but get triggered more when I know its going to be a another whole week before I see her again.

I could, but when H is working nights, he has a tendency to sleep all day. Then again, it's been 4 years since he last worked nights (when the shifts were swing; 4 nights, 3 days off, 3 days, etc.), so he might be different now. Its just a month, we can get through.

Sconnie...have a good day at work.
Granite...have fun. I am jealous!
Lola...I'm in your pocket. I'll be napping, so wake me up when you need me.
TTGB...have a good day off. Hope you figure out the group stuff.

I need to get my butt out of bed and to work. Not exactly sure why; I've got nothing to do until my boss gets in late this afternoon. I guess I'll work on therapy homework, joy!

Have a great day!

Sconnie and Chopin have a great day at work. TTGB I'm sorry the group thing isn't seeming feasible now.

I agree Granite that seems like way more fun then I have planned today.

T at 1pm, this will be the heavy discussion on our relationship, transference, counter-transference, sex, drugs and rock and roll . - pocket riders welcome. Thanks Chopin.
