Lola.. basically. We basically, that is the closet city with any big stores. It is also the city I work in. So really, it is standard driving for us to get anywhere of importance.

So I am making an effort to do something active everyday: yard work, walking, exercise DVD etc. Part of me feels the need to show t I am making every effort possible to fight the dysthymia and avoid meds. So I walked to the library tonight. On the way I walk past one of the t offices for the group t is in. (She doesn't work at this office though.) The t in there had the blinds up and I could look right at someone's session! It was a way away from the sidewalk, but I could clearly see in. Made me so glad t keeps the blinds half shut and always down in her office.

My t has two windows. One looking at the parking lot and once facing a fence. The building is set high enough that you can't look right into the office I see t in.

My T's office has no windows.

I once had a gyn whose office was on the 3rd floor of the building. She must have thought that being on the 3rd floor meant people couldn't see in and she always had the blinds open. I noticed once that from one place in the parking lot, you could see the exam table through the window, stirrups and all. After that, I closed the blinds when I got into the exam room.
Thanks for this!

Calling all the tea drinkers. I am trying to cut my caffeine to just one cup of coffee in the morning. Any suggestions for herbal teas that are a tad sweet? No fancy tea stores nearby unfortunately

For a sweet, caffeine-free, and tea-like herbal, try Rooibos (red tea). I love it and I like sweet teas.

T's office has a sliding glass door that opens to a courtyard. I like being able to see outside. Except last time he had the door open and it was COLD. I, of course, said nothing, but he used his T superpowers to glean that he needed to get up and shut it for me.

It's about 30 minutes for me to get to the store also. It's 45 minutes to really go "in town." Isn't that normal for everyone?

My T is on the fourth floor and there are no nearby office buildings, so it's nice to have the natural light with the blinds open. He does keep the blinds closed that are right behind where he sits so there's not a glare when I try to look at his face.

Hm. Do you think you might have gotten two infections back to back? Or do you have even mild seasonal allergies? Sometimes allergies plus cold or flu means month-long sick Sally.
