But but sleep is so tempting. It's quiet and it's comfy and it's dark in here and I'm tired.

But it's not even 8 p.m yet. And i don't have to be in bed until 11. Arg!

PC commune with a T too! Count me in!

I looked at T for almost my whole session. She was wearing pink lipstick but it wasn't too noticeable. She may have had some eye makeup but maybe not. Usually I can tell when she wears makeup because she looks very good. Today must have been a "light make-up day". I don't know. I'm exhausted from my session. I don't think somatic experiencing is for the faint-hearted!

Now I'm feeling all left out. I can bring a Ferrari if I can get there before the cops nab me or I crash, which is a possibility since I've never driven a car with paddle shifters. I'm not even sure I could back it out of the garage.

I'm practicing the didgeridoo, listening to the Cowboy Junkies, taking an occasional nip of bourbon and I just finished journaling. (I hate the verbalization of nouns), just a pet peeve. I must be a multi-tasker.

I just ate a bunch of Sour Cream and Onion Chips. So stupid to do that after I've been dieting for weeks and lost weight.

LOL! That's a comedy triple.

(One of the best examples of the power of the rule of three is in comedy, where it is also called a comic triple. Two is the smallest number of points needed to establish a pattern, and comedians exploit the way people's minds perceive expected patterns to throw the audience off track (and make them laugh) with the third element.)

It is two paddles behind the steering wheel (one for forward and one for reverse) and replaces the manual gear box between the seats. Instead of having to depress clutch and manually shift, all you have to do is pull the paddle to change gears. So you never have to take your foot off the gas. Also known as an F-1 transmission.
