When are you seeing your T? Countdown.....

One week from today.

In 2 1/2 days.

Tomorrow at 11.30. (14hs 5 mins to go!!)

172 hours! (Not that I'm counting or anything!)

About a week and a half, maybe.

A week from tomorrow.

Tomorrow at 2PM sooo about 16 hours from now.

In about 29 hours

4 and a half hours. I'm miserable today. Had an extra long weekend, and back at work today - and it honestly feels like torture. I hate my job, I hate the project that I'm on, and now they're talking about our whole project team flying across the country for a planning meeting that we could and should just do over the phone. I sort of wish that I could just step in front of a bus rather than deal with all this stupid stuff, so it's a good day to see T.

I am seeing my T in two weeks. I just saw him on Thursday and it was a really good session, even though it was cut a bit short.

I will try and get a better time to meet with him.

He’s on vacation right now.

I see him in 11/14

She was sick last week, so I didn’t get my session

I am planning on calling mine after I get the job situation sorted out. My doctor added more meds for anxiety and I was told by a family member I can't handle stress. So its,back to learn how to deal with it constructively. The meds help but my anxiety tends to respond better to therapy.

Have no idea. Can`t afford to see anyone, anymore.

I see my therapist tomorrow at 3:45pm

See her on Tuesday after work

Anyone else have hypothetical conversations with their T in their head or is that just me? The night before I think about all the things I want to tell her, or during the week I will think about telling her things.

I see my T in 3 days. The 26th, the day right after Christmas. It should be really good! Can't wait!
