April 2nd, (Next Monday) - Geez I can't believe March is almost over!! WOW!!

No idea. For all I know it could be October. I’m without one now and a lot of places have waiting lists. Some are 6 months. So who knows. I’m trying to just distract myself and focus on long term and short term goals, focus on the right now, take things one day at a time etc.

Off topic, but I do see my psych doctor next week. Maybe he will have some suggestions. I’ve been feeling pretty crappy lately. I don’t need him to give me anything new, and he will be very happy I don’t need a refill on my Ativan, perhaps he will raise my lamictal after he finds out I’m without a therapist or basically any support system Since I am also currently without a clinic and access to support.

On the outside I’m doing decent, on the inside I’m screaming.

Tues night, I can't wait!

In one week. I found another T that works on Saturdays.

One week from tomorrow, April 2nd.

I see my therapist on the same day

In 3 days.

Oh wow!! We should trade stories about our sessions MikeJ! It would be so cool if we did!!

It's a date what time do you see your therapist? I see mine at 11:00AM Central, would be cool if we were in therapy at the same time.

I actually got a therapist today. The one I was hoping to get. I see him next month. Huge relief.

I'm flying that day

Never. I'm not allowed to have one because my doctor won't tell me all of my diagnosis'. I asked her last week and she revealed one and I asked about another that I had a hunch over and she confirmed that one too but, you should have seen the look in her eyes. She was visibly worried and holding back. Probably thought I would dwell on whatever the rest was and search it all day and night and obsess about it until I got upset and unstable.
I really don't get why it's so hard to get a damned diagnosis so, that you can know where you stand!

At the end of next week, on that Saturday, actually. I'm glad for that office's Saturday hours. Tomorrow is Niño's T and the family T is in 2 weeks and Muchacho's LISW is next week hopefully as I needed to reschedule the time due to an out of town work training. Papito is bumped out into emergency only visits...which, well, he doesn't really have those. Plus T was added into his iep after a bullying(of him) incident a couple of years ago.

8 days as she is on vacation this week unfortunately. Normally it would be today and I could really use her today but oh well.

I’m seeing her next Thursday.

I haven’t had an appointment since the disaster with my last therapist 2 weeks before Christmas. I’m waiting to hear back from the new one. I should have an appointment sometime in May.

It's kinda crazy but my brand new Therapist QUIT!!! My old therapist of 12 years had health issues so he just stayed on leave and retired. Then I got a new therapist, saw her for two weeks then she quit!

UGH!! I don't even know when I will be assigned another one. *cries*

I see my therapist for our second session in 13 days. I really wanted to get in next week but I'm a new client and her schedule was full. The office staff established a standing appointment time so I won't have this issue in the future. It's probably for the best, as I have not yet met my insurance deductible so the first session was $150 instead of the $20 copay I was expecting. I owe them that and won't have the money to put toward my balance until the first week of May so I wouldn't have been able to pay for a session next week anyway.
