I thought I would resurrect this thread...
I see my T tomorrow for an emergency appointment, a week earlier than I usually see him. He has some special insight on two friends of mine, because he knows them personally due to the fact that we all were in the same "mental health circles." I REALLY wish this appointment was today instead of tomorrow though, I am really screwing everything up.

I left the office and I went to pick up a prescription. My therapist all of a sudden came up right behind me. I guess she had left as soon as I did
It was incredibly awkward. Probably for her too. |

I was supposed to see her tomorrow, but she's out sick...again. I had suddenly stopped seeing her 2 months ago because of my very stressful schedule. She was very upset that I'd stopped therapy so suddenly. Can't help but wonder if she's "showing me what abandonment feels like". Truth is, I'm just as glad to see her in 2 weeks.

New T--saw her today, and she's going on vacation next week. So two weeks.
