I have been experiencing major memory loss, minor dizziness, confusion at times, and a major lack of focus. I just found out that I have sleep apnea. Whew! The thing is, I kept saying that it was more than psychological, but I didn't believe myself. Again, I need to start trusting myself, there is a wise part of me that knows me better than anyone else, If only I believe this

I just called my therapist and left a message and told him I need to either leave at 4:40 or change the day of session. I hope he gets the message.

I am glad you have your answer, and I hope you do trust yourself more the next time around. That makes a lot of sense-- from my friends who have had sleep apnea, they feel so much better after treatment (c-pap machine). Are you going to have or have you already had a sleep study? (no need to answer if Q is intrusive).

Take care of yourself.

Thanks! Yes, that is my understanding. I guess I have to go back to the sleep study center to get the c-pap machine and have it adjusted. I am happy about the results, but it has me terrified to go to sleep now. I am so tired, though. I see the doc in a few days and will know more then. I feel absolutely exhausted and I have to work. I went shopping and it felt like I was in a dream. Hope you are feeling better

Thank you, tiger, for being there for me. You called it, you said I sounded like I was exhausted, and that is true.
