Jersey is right, go to bed. And then stay home from work tomorrow.

Raining but the city is lit up...so pretty. How can I love nature so much yet still get crazy excited about Boston lights?

Chopin...I hope your T regains your trust soon.

(((granite))) Have you tried writing them in your T journal? Sometimes if I write or draw something it helps get it out of my head.

Hi all. I hope that everyone is having a good night.

Wiki - I'm glad that you are doing better.

Murray - I definitely know what you mean about the happy face. There are so many times that I'm screaming on the inside with this plastered grin showing on my face. Ugh- isn't it okay to just not be okay sometimes?

Stopdog - I hope that you feel better soon, and Lola - I hope you manage to fight off whatever bug you are getting.

Granite - can you try to distract yourself? Crafting of drawing?

Hi all,

The taping the TV show went great today! It was really fun. It had a real set and everything. I had to laugh when the older man asked me to put the microphone up my blouse.

My t left me a voicemail message of encouragement. She is just wonderful. Told me I could call back if leaving her messages would help.

Wiki - so glad you checked in. I have never heard of chair alarms. I should get my sister one of those for my nephew's naughty timeout chair! And for the record I had oatmeal for breakfast. I am addicted to that stuff.

Hi CL, Jersey, Lola, MKAC, CE, SAWE, healed, Chopin, Apt, Hankster, nightlight, and trdleblue

All the talk of pizza has me hungry and I just ate dinner. I am still hungry. Stupid cold weather makes me go into hibernation preparation eating mode. Going to find more dinner I guess...

Granite..it might not ever fully go away but it will get easier. Getting it all out helps. Just keep posting..Do something nice for yourself. Remember that they can't hurt you anymore. You are grown, you are strong and you deserve to have a good happy life.

(((( granite )))))

I understand feeling overwhelmed by these emotions. Please try to ground yourself in this moment. This very moment of being cared for by your friends on PC.

(( HUGS ))

You learn how to have empathy for yourself and realize that its in the past and you can't change it but you can take care of yourself and do all you can to remember that you've come so far and you keep going.

....Sorry I haven't been on the couch....This migraine, believe it or not, has intensified to nearly unbearable....I am very.close to going to the ER to see if I can get some relief. I'm going to take a muscle relaxer and see if that helps first. The narcotics aren't touching it, nor are the anti-inflammatories and ice packs.

As not fun as it is (and if you talk to your doc first about your nervousness, it isn't that bad), I really think it is a necessary thing to do for your health.

MUE - I hope you are feeling better soon.
trdleblue - yes, you should go. It is not fun but with the right doc it's not horrible. Find a doc you trust and who will talk about your nervousness.

What is wrong with me? I have eaten a ton of my left over pasta dish, sauted zucchini, gouda cheese and I am still hungry!

Edit: and some sunflower seeds and mint truffle kisses.... ugh.
