No, it is really delicious. You can also add a can of tomato or rotel for spiciness. Now I want to make some but I am going out for lunch.

I don't think so -

For the lentil salad thing - have you tried just running a yahoo search? I usually just make mine with some lentils, cooked onions, carrots, peppers, garlic, and toss with a vinegar and little oil. I use different vinegars for different flavor (balsomic, cider, mirin, etc).

Subway not chips and soda, or at least have real food with the chips and soda.

Subway sounds 'healthy'ish. :P And yummy.

I'm eating sour pickles. Everyone in the house thinks I'm crazy.

Hello Couchies.

Lola-Subway. Use mustard-not mayo. Get Turkey no cheese. Skip the chips. Have an apple with it. No soda.

ETA-Get it on a six inch wheat roll.

Or eat whatever you want.
Thanks for this!

But you can put banana peppers, pickles, and jalapenos on the sandwich. That makes it fun cheese or no cheese. (I would still have the cheese.)

No, really. If I wasn't so nauseous I'd be about to eat an inhumane amount of cheddar (I think that's all I have cheese-wise right now)! Oh, and simultaneously drinking wine! Lots and lots of wine
But for now I'll just live vicariously through you lovely people and your descriptions of yummy meals!

I just had my evening bowl of yoghurt and cereal. Don't think I'll go to the office tomorrow; nobody else will be there and there won't be any students and I have literally no work that needs to be done before Christmas. So I'll start the Christmas shopping, I think.

Hehe, sorry for putting the idea in your head, Lola! What time is it across the pond? I have a sneaking suspicion it may be a little early for drinking! That coming from the girl who intends to be in a pub drinking herself silly from 10am 'til late on Christmas Eve... what a hypocrite, hey!?

I've never been too fond of yoghurt or cereal, but that sounds yummy, Apt! Hope the Christmas shopping goes well! I must admit, my jaw nearly hit the floor when I read the word 'start' - that's cutting it a bit too close to comfort for my liking!
