Looks like everyone just headed to bed. Sorry I haven't been around...I've been waffling between good and bad days and just needed some time to wallow in the bad away from people.

Just finished watching "Sick, Fat, and Nearly Dead" and now I want to juice everything! I cannot wait for summer to arrive and my garden to be full of healthy food again....

Well, I better go to bed. Another date tomorrow afternoon. We are going snowshoeing.

I made an experimental smoothie: cooked oatmeal, banana, almond milk and cinnamon. It's nothing to write home about. Needs some work.

I think email is a terrible way to schedule things in general. It does go back and forth. I think a phone call is much more efficient.

Add a smidge of vanilla. It works great in almond milk I think.

Yea, a couple vanilla beans and some ground flax sconnie!

Going to look at a stupid house in an area I don't want. Meanwhile there's a small 1937 Victorian right on the harbor. Can't get h excited about it though.
