I have T tonight I haven't seen her since the 21st... I plan to talk about screwed up thinking and resulting meltdown from the homework assignment...

the presession nausea has kicked in... the vomiting will soon follow...

my xT thought I might have an ED...but no I think its called anxiety... that was a word I didn't like xT to use and have accepted with this T ...

(my anxiety when I started t 2 yrs ago was so high... I wouldn't allow any labels like anxiety/depression/etc...)

i dont have a smart phone and i don't think they have free wifi. ill be home at night i decided it wouldnt be good for me to stay durring the night also

Yeah, you probably wouldn't want me either. I hear I am "harsh." LOL. I would in the eat right, go get some exercise, and go to bed category with stopdog. Even worse, if I tell you that you probably shouldn't do something and then you do it anyway, and it turns out badly, I will just roll my eyes at you and say either, "told you so" or "serves you right."
