I'm not sure which thread I read it on, but somebody wrote it takes a little energy to do something to make more energy. (Something like that.) That's inspiring me tonight. How about you?

I'm inspired to see people I love and respect having the same issues as me.

Since I came to this forum, I remember in particular two PC people who had just horrifying stories to tell about their past lives - and over time, I have seen them change, and grow, and yes, heal.
One of them has left PC now and is living her life in the sunshine and the other is approaching that momentous day. It makes my heart glad, month by month, to see their growth. ![]() And BTW, it's happening for a lot of people on here. I know I say it's a h*11 of a system, but it does work. You read someone's posts over time, you sense changes in them for the good. It's truly a beautiful thing. ![]() |

I find it inspiring to see people working through difficulties in the t relationship, sometimes over months or years, rather than giving up and moving on. Sometimes it is healthy and good to move on but it is wonderful to read of people who have learnt so much from painful ruptures with t and are continuing to understand themselves better as a result.

I have been inspired by the people who face their difficult issues. The people who are open to hearing that they way they have been doing things might need to change. I have been incredibly inspired by several people on here who have worked incredibly hard overcoming their pasts and their issues and who are willing to share their experience and try to help others.
