I prefer late morning appointments. If I have to wait all day for my appointment, I get a bit lost in my head thinking about what I'm going to talk about in T and am less productive. If I have T in the morning and get everything out, I usually leave feeling better and more energized, which allows me to spend the rest of the day being productive. After T I usually like to go to the café next door to her office with my laptop and get some work done after T.
Thanks for this!

I like to be later and last. I hate having to go anywhere right after therapy- I prefer to be done for the day. And I don't like being rushed out for the next person.
Thanks for this!

T wouldn't get much sense out of me of a morning - even if I didn't oversleep and miss the appointment altogether. Mid-afternoon works well.
