Hi everyone, I lost my grandpa in Febuary and lots of changes have happened with my life. My therapy is on the brinks becuase i keep canceling my husband keeps going on holidays and so many changes. I just want to cry no one understands me. I have to go not home alone roommate problems agian silly husband!

I am sorry to hear about your grandpa. I hope you find a way to make it back to therapy soon. I think it would help.

I'm sorry to hear about your grandpa. Would you like to tell us about him?

It sounds like you have a lot to deal with, and the changes are throwing you, and you husband is being silly and you can't count on your husband to make your home safe?. And crying at all the frustration and crying that you are not being understood feels like a really good idea although maybe seems like a bad idea so you are squashing it? Is that it?

It sounds like a lot to handle.

I'm sorry to hear you've been struggling. It sounds like you've got a lot on your plate right now. Are you canceling therapy because you're unable to make it or because you don't want to go? It seems like a good time to get some extra support.

I see my t next Weds plus going to go back to group. My husband took tme off when i was suppose to go to my appointments! So now he is back at work hopefully life can get back on track!
