It went well and we had a really nice session. T told me how proud she is of me and the progress I have and she started tearing up. That was pretty awkward and didn't know how to react to it - I kind just said thanks in really awkward embarrassed way haha. I'm glad things ended on positive note.

I will be seeing a new T in three weeks time so we shall see how that goes!

That's great retro_chic. Hope you have a good 3 weeks and your new T works out well.

Maybe we need to invent a series of therapy greeting cards for last sessions?

Awww, your T is such a sweetie!
Good luck with your new T!

If I may ask, why did you stop therapy with her?

So glad it went well!

SkinnySoul, I think Retro_Chic's T is going on maternity leave.

Yeah, she is going on maternity leave.

I gave T a card and a small gift which she seemed to like I couldn't bring myself to ask for a hug but I'm not sure she is the hugging type. I was still surprised at her tearing up - I really wasn't expecting it! I never cry in therapy so it was strange that T did that.
