Before the break T said lets start this new therapy this week. When i asked if we were going to do the new therapy he said no we had too much to catch up and something about the irregularity of sessions. I am confused as he didn't say whether we were skipping it for the session this week or we aren't doing at all.

Sometimes I have to drag myself to the shower but I always feel better afterwards. I'm glad you feel refreshed healed. I hope it continues.

Just popping in quickly to say HI.....Had a long day, and I'm going to try to get to bed since I didn't get much sleep last night and have to be up early in the morning for an early assignment.

I see T tomorrow, and I'm not sure what we're going to talk about - finance stuff or trauma stuff. Who knows? Both of them are horrifying to me. *sigh*

I read about someone famous who killed herself today....and I read some of the comments under an article. I absolutely can't stand how cruel some people can be...especially when they're anonymous. Saying things like, "She looked WAY older than 29!"....REALLY? She just died and THAT's what you just HAD to say? And another comment was, "That's the last time she makes a sandwich!".....WOW.

I have no investment in the person, but sheesh, have some decency.

I was just talking about something along those lines yesterday in group T....about how I tend to intellectualize and react "from my head" because I don't want to tap into my feelings at all. It takes a lot of energy to put feelings in a box....but it's much less painful than having to endure them.

I am going to try to get some sleep now....If I can fall asleep in the next hour, I just might get 6 hours of sleep....Goodnight!

That was a complete and utter waste of time. Trying to snooze and wanting to ring T and yell and rant and rave at him. Now I'm all restless and don't feel like making lunch but I've got to eat.
