I like hearing about your experiences in therapy - I can relate and it makes me feel less alone. Most of my friends aren't in therapy and I can't talk about this stuff with anyone other than my T. I'm going through a rough patch with my T right now and reading other posts reminds me of the more positive things about therapy, and reminds me of things about my therapist that I liked or found helpful. Thanks!
