Not til next Tues at 6:45. She's out of town and we're missing an appt. Yesterday was good, but today I'm dragging some and sure could use our late week appointment
 I am allowed to email her short things a few times and having written an email yesterday evening, it was hard for me to stop myself this afternoon... She's at a conference and also using it as a vacation, which she deserves, so I don't want to bother her unless it's really necessary. I'm on the tail end of some tough med changes and still feeling some effects.

An hour early on Tuesday (2PM instead of 3PM) since the Therapist has a scheduling conflict.
I am also scheduled to meet with the Psychologist tomorrow at 11:15AM, and hopefully will be meeting alone (since my parents will be away) with the Family Therapist on Thursday (time TBD) but after the meltdown at the first meeting last week I am not 100% sure if it will be happening (I really want to still meet though). |

Wednesday. It's been very sporadic since I started working. I only saw t once in September. T will be gone the last week of October & I don't have anything scheduled out past this week. It will probably be several weeks wait again. This is not helping my attachment & trust issues.

Well my Psychologist appointment today went horrible, he didn't even perscribe me any new medication (even thought I told him that I thought that it would be good for him to) and didn't want to listen to what I had to say at all.

Friday at 10:15. And I AM going, I am not allowing myself to try to shimmy my way out even if I keep my walls up about how I have been doing there are things I need to talk about (ex. moving out if my parents house soon soon!).

Tomorrow for a half hour. Usual day is Tuesday but I did something I NEVER do and asked to see her again this weeks since I'm so not OK.
