meds...well, um, errr....hmmmmmm.....

Your T is not mad. Why would she lie? Just because you THINK she should be mad doesn't deem it so. Sorry, you don't possess super human mind reading skills. lol.
(don't feel bad, I don't have said skills either)

((Love you chickie))

And thanks SD...I think I will post it. But later, because I have to run.

Bye all...

Silent but deadly. Maybe she was in the bathroom. My t told me he is getting his annual colonoscopy next month. At least he's finally pronouncing it correctly. He used to call it colonoscophy, which I said sounded like love of colons, which takes things in a whole other direction... anyway i'm glad you called and I'm glad your t is striking while the iron is hot. The iron being you i just had real coffee and banana bread, don't mind me...

Hi all... feel like I am getting sick. Asthma is acting up. Ready for bed.

School is such a great distraction for me as far as thinking too much, and being depressed.. but when I sit down and have a free moment it all comes rushing back to me.

While I was driving today a piece of my filling came off so now I have to schedule a denist appointment to get it fixed, hopefully it was just a filling and not part of the tooth itself.

I hope it's just the filling or that can get pretty painful quickly.

I'm having okonomiyaki tonite. I'll let you know how it is. A Japanese pizza-pancake. I'll try anything once.

I am feeling in a similar place. I had a major ptsd reaction to something that someone said to me yesterday evening. I slept so badly and have felt like crying all day.....driving around between taking a client to a residential alcohol rehab for an assessment and another client to an appointment about her baby before it is taken off her (this all upsets me anyway).... I have had to hold it all together. I wish i could cry to get all the emotional pressure out.....but I just cant. I start, and then clam up because it is too hard.

Phew.....sorry to lay that on you all. This is quite a journey........

So I got home and started to pull out weeds to get my vege garden in order for planting. Felt good whilst doing that, gave my mind a rest, short lived...but at least i tried.
Gardening is the ultimate grounding exercise.

So this neighbor guy that does not like us-really triggers me. Every time I see him I want to throw up. I'll even go as far to say he scares me a little. Even when he isn't pulling his passive aggressive petty moves. Even his car makes my blood run cold.

It doesn't hurt that bad right now, I actually saw what came out in my hand and it looked like a filling.

Our exchange student made dinner tonight. Very good. I was a little apprehensive at first. The pickled ginger and green laver(seaweed) toppings I was a little unsure about. But it was very good. It is stuffed with sausage and shrimp.

Sorry Wiki, ours was anything but vegan. I had never heard of it until yesterday.

Rented "Now You See Me"....My daughter loves it. It was a pretty great movie. I like it when I can get into a movie that's also suitable for my 12 year old. We're watching it for the 2nd time, prepping for bed.

Struggled with frequent urination and leg cramps last night.....out of the blue. I am hoping it's not a sign of diabetes....hoping it's just an electrolyte imbalance due to being so out of whack last week with my schedule.

With the bone spurs in my feet, residual cramp pain in my calves, arthritis in my knees, sciatica and lower back pain....oh I can keep going, but you get the drift....standing all day didn't help matters.

Gonna get ready to kick my legs up and get some sleep. Gotta be up early for another all day standing assignment....then group T.

Goodnight, couch peeps.

Thanks, Jersey.

They are quite painful. And I worry that one wrong move will send me back into the cramping. Sux. Hopefully, it was a one-night thing.
