I hate water too, so I drink Sobe zero calorie flavored water and its yummy

Is Sobe zero calorie flavored water carbonated? I sometimes drink those flavored carbonated waters - but I heard that they're just like diet soda. I drink diet soda too, but know that I need something healthier. I used to add a little crystal light or other flavoring to my water. Those, too, have artificial sweetener in them. Some suggest adding lemon slices to plain water - but that gives me heartburn. Can't win. LOL.

I'm just going to try to force down plain old water, super cold if possible...and see if I can learn to love it...

I know I don't drink nearly enough during the day.....with the kind of work that I do, I can't be running to the restroom in the middle of an assignment....so I try not to drink much.

Nope they are not carbonated and no sugar, they do have carbs and sodium

I already drank almost a whole bottled water this morning....that's more water than I drink on most days...

Have you all tried green tea with mint? Or a small amount of pure fruit juice mixed with water?
The zero sobe stuff is expensive and contains all sorts of things I am not certain are a good plan to consume on a regular basis (this is just fyi - it is your body and so do with it what you will):
Filtered Water, Erythritol, Natural Flavor, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Xanthan Gum, Calcium Lactate, Potassium Citrate, REB A (Purevia Brand), Modified Food Starch, Cochineal Extract (Color), Vitamin E Acetate, Calcium Phosphate, Gum Arabic, Ginseng Extract, Dandelion Root Extract, Calcium Pantothenate, Niacinamide, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12).

Did not do so well today. I didn't know I would have to handle frozen dead gulls.

To top it all off, rangers brought in 23 box turtles. A dude was grabbing them off the beach and starving them so he could hollow out their shells and make duck calls.

Is t that horrid? Just killing them is t enough he has to starve them first to make their body pull away from the shell. Do you know how long it takes to starve a turtle?

Is the guy going to be charged with animal cruelty?

Would distracting you help? I am having a facebook fight with a friend of a friend about what the 2nd Amendment says. I have quoted the thing and the guy still says I am lying. Made a snarky comment about "how horrible public school education has gotten. <shakes head>" Whereupon I took offense and told him off.

Also, the appellate court in my State continues to try to screw me. They keep sending opinions out to the old address, despite me following all the of rules for changing my address with them AND also sending Amended Entries of Appearance, even though those are not technically required, so that I have twice missed the deadlines for filing Petitions for Review because I either don't get the opinion at all, or get it after the deadlines for the Petition have passed.

I can whine more if it would help. Oh, I can also give you good news! My daughter is FINALLY really improving! The hospital program is another week and a half and then hopefully she is 100% again.

Good news is I now know how to waterproof birds. Lol
