Have you considered putting it in the "the therapist I saw did xyz" manner rather than present tense?

Didn't realize it mattered, Ill refrain until I have another one. I mainly say XT, but for one post , I am assuming the one you are referring to, I didnt as I thought it would make things seem bleak for the OP to realize she was no longer my T , even though the issue at hand had nothing to do with our split. I am not a liar by nature and again I'm sorry and I'll stay away from answers regarding T post until I am qualified.

Sometimes red meat is tricky for me. It can cause intestinal distress.

LC -it does not matter to me one way or the other. I am just having fun.

Beware the demon drink! It can make you subtract 88 from 100 and get 22.

Remind me sometime to never ever go in to chat again on a Friday night.......... too full of drunk/stoned people being, well, crude & talking about (sorry to say it).... lady parts... inappropriately.

Morning, granite. Glad the kitty made it through the night and is more calm. That must be an awesome thing to wake up to - an adorable little kitty. My daughter wants us to get one, but we already have our psycho kitty who I doubt would enjoy having a kitten in the house (especially since the kitten phase isn't long lasting). Plus, it wouldn't be wise for me to take on another pet financially. But I understand why my daughter wants it - they're just so stinkin cute. Someday, we'll look into volunteering someplace that has animals.

Good morning. Apparently it is impossible for me to let go of my codependent ways...

The past just keeps repeating... Its like ground hog day... Some say if you change you can cause the other person to change but not if you are a weak spineless jellyfish.... And the other person is oblivious...

The only good thing is that H is taking boys on a trip tonight till monday night... Wiki...if you are not too sick to read they are coming to your area.

Morning couchies. Some of you who share the same time zone as me are starting early on this fine Saturday morning.

Granite-Glad kitty seems calmer.

What's everyone's plan today? I will clean, run errands, then later go to dinner with younger sis and her fiancé. Then they will come back here for drinks. Lets see if I can keep up with 25 year olds. lol. Wish me luck. Lol

RTS-while they are away, can you just do some nice things for yourself? Maybe take a long shower, veg on the couch with some light hearted movies or get together with a friend and see a movie? I find going to the local park and walking the trail is very calming. Maybe even find a flea market?

Just throwing ideas out...
