I normally see just a normal psychologist and we go through excercises, etc. Right now I am seeing a 't' though.

I think people here use it to describe all counselors and therapists, whether psychologist or not.

My therapist is a Psychiatrist. I see another Psychiatrist regarding medications, but this one purely for psychotherapy.

My T isn't a psychoanalytic psychotherapist or a psychologist! He's an integrative relational body psychotherapist.

T simply refers to a therapist, who could be a social worker, a psychologist, a counselor, a psychiatrist, or any number of mental health professionals using any number of approaches.

mmmm, lol, could this be a contradiction in terms?

On PC I think people use "T" for whoever they're seeing regardless of type, even hypnotherapists, body work types (the word escapes me), art therapists, etc.
