waiting ANXIOUSLY for my appt with t in 2 hours and trust me I have huge bats flying around my stomach and surrounding the bats are, resentment, anger, confusion, and all sorts of those other emotions that are stirred up in session only to wait 2 more weeks to be seen again.!!!!!!!!!

breathe and is there anything you can do to distract yourself. I will usually go out and do something if I am worked up about going to a session

I have it all organized in my head and on paper, but knowing me I am so anxious and pissed because I been struggling for the past 2 weeks that I am just going to just blurt it out and not care lol, and she is going to be in a tale spin, also I am the last client of the day, I hate this appt time , I never been the last client, thats bugging me too.
