My T told me tonight he will be out of town soon..I can barely remember what he said after that regarding the details as I sort of zoned out /: I appreciate the notice and all, but I swear he just went out of town a couple weeks ago...

I am soooo needy! I hate that but these weeks off send me into a tailspin and I swear, it takes me a couple weeks just to reconnect with T. The week before is rough too. Why does it have to be so hard? I hate what I've become

I'm sure T had a good reason and isn't blowing you off. Use your normal T time to do something nice for you.
Thanks for this!

I really hear you on this... my T was just away for 3 weeks. I saw her yesterday and we only have 2 more sessions before she goes away again! It is really hard on me when she goes. And I feel like I'm in constant transition when she's going again so soon. It takes time to reconnect when she comes back, and it's super hard when she's going. For her, she can just go... but for me it affects me really profoundly and it sounds like it does for you too.
