If this forum had a twilight zone where only therapists posted, i wonder if their topics would be the same as ours only from the opposite side?
  • Is my client angry with me?
  • Sent an email to my client and now i think they are mad
  • What does your client wear?
  • If your client was an animal what would they be?
  • Do clients have favourite therapists?
  • Counter-transference- i wish Client was my daughter.
  • Things your client does that annoys you.

* What does it mean when they don't pay on time?
* We were discussing trauma then they clammed up? Now what?
* They keep asking me about my family/personal life. How much do I tell?
* I want a hug but I'm not supposed to ask (ha! made this one up)
Thanks for this!

* Does my client like me?
* Eek, nothing I seem to try works for this person. What do I do now?
* How do I come across as personable without disclosing too much about myself?
* It's time for me to terminate with a client (our goals have been accomplished) but I am going to miss him/her and don't want to. What do I do?

My ex-Client gave me this book as a parting gift, were they being passive-agressive?

Should I tell my client I have a crush on her?

My client was 5 minutes late today, how do I know he's not seeing another therapist behind my back?

All my client wants to do is talk about herself, every thing is about her! I feel I get no attention!

My client isn't returning my emails. Should I call her and leave a message?

There's been a rupture in the therapeutic relationship with one of my clients. How can I get things back on track.

I think my client is acting like a rebellious teenager. Maybe regression wasn't a good idea.

My client still won't look me in the eye...does she think I am unattractive?

I ran 5 minutes over again today with my 1:00. I wonder what that means? I better think about it over dinner. And then breakfast. And then maybe lunch...

So I thought that joke about Freud was funny. I mean, it was, wasn't it? It can't be me, it must be my client. I better figure out what is wrong with her ASAP. It's my job, after all.

Hmm...my diplomas seem rather small in my new office. Perhaps smaller frames would make them seem more prominent? And if I hang them just right they will be directly behind me when I sit down so no one can miss them. Yeah...I like that.

My client keeps asking me his/her Dx., I don't want to tell him/her what do I do?
Client keeps canceling is it me or them?
Client wants to see me more but there insurances/the clinic doesn't allow it.
My client refuses php and ip. I'm worried about them but involuntary isn't an option any suggestions?
My client trusts me now how do I keep that trust?
My client easily distracts me how do I get them back on topic?
How do I refer a client out with out them feeling it's their fault because I just can't help them?
Thanks for this!

My client wants to leave, why I am not being a proper therapist and having a termination phase with her?
Thanks for this!

My client keeps looking at the clock, does this mean she is pacing herself for time?
Does she have another appointment and is thinking about that and wants to rush the session?
She knows the session is 50 minutes, is she afraid that we won't deal with things enough and we are running out of time?

My client says she hates me. Is it possible she actually does just hate me?
My client reminds me of my mother. What should I do?
My client hates the decor in my consulting room. She's convinced me it looks rubbish. Should I change it?
