I went to barnes and nobles thinking of self helping myself, I probably should have consulted with my t first, because maybe some of these books might trigger me, but I want her to be proud of me that I can be strong enough to handle these books while doing trauma work, I have not read any yet. I just keep staring at these books, like a challenge, have any of you read these?
1.Opening Up healing power of expressing emotions. (reading that one) 2.Hush: moving from silence to healing from life after csa. 3.Door of hope:recognizing and resolving pains of your past. 4.Survivor project: telling the truth about life after csa 5. Gifts from the child within.

I haven't read any of them so curious about what you think of them, and looking forward to when you let us know
I know you want your T to be proud of you; but maybe this is something you could work through together (reading the books that is) rather than on your own ![]() |
