Yes I did, im gonna have a meltdown and cry in front of her again. Now im angry at her.

Sweepy just go in there and be authentic with her. If that means crying then do so...I mean being authentic with how you are feeling about all this is probably the best way to get through this.

thanks everyone, did not sleep well, it is now 7 am , my appt is 11 am, I always get there 20 minutes early, so I can set up my next appt, go to bathrooom, ect... settle my thoughts. My emotions are all over the place, but I wrote down everything I feel in case I cant get the words out, its a start at least. wish me luck, oh also, cross your fingers that I dont become a sobbing kid in session please.

Definitely let it all out! That's what you go there for right? It's a safe place to vent, cry, complain etc. holding back will not help anything. If the Dr doesn't hear everything..then your kind of wasting precious time don't you think? Good luck! I'd be a pocket rider If I knew what it was..sorry I'm new and not "hip" to the lingo yet.
